Cardamom, clove, thyme & rosemary nose evolved in the glass to dried rose and deeply ripe strawberry macerated with a pinch of ginger. Mondeuse is loudest at first, Pinot kind of reins it in and delivers the structure, Gamay carries the weight and lets the blend sing long after the wine is gone from the palette. Delicious and complete. Paired w/ garam lamb & mushroom |

Sval og leskende smak, godt bærpreg, finkornet men beskjeden tanninstruktur, ren og uttalt syre. Funky smak også, en kul vin som passet veldig bra til pizza laget på bunn fra Gutta på Haugen. Middels intens, lett på foten men med ganske lang smakskurve med saftig-syrlig bærpreg i ettersmaken. Artig druemiks med 50 % gamay, 40 % pinot noir og 10 % chardonnay! Fin å drikke nå og jeg er usikker på om den vil vinne noe særlig på ytterligere lagring. |

An acid head’s dream here, plan to pair up with some food as it’s bright. Too bright? Maybe. Tannins are subtle and suggest this isn’t going to age more than 5-7 years. I like the wine quite a bit, and it’s infinitely better with food to help tame some of that acid. |
